What we collect

You can read public recipes, articles, comparisons and nutrient guides without creating an account. If you contact us or join the newsletter, you provide an email address and any information you choose to send. Newsletter requests can also record the signup location, such as the footer, and may be stored in our subscriber database and configured email service. Please do not send sensitive health details in a general enquiry.

Accounts and your planner

Account features use Supabase for authentication and account data. Depending on your sign-in method, this includes your email, account identifier and profile information returned by that provider. Session cookies keep you signed in.

The meal planner can store the profile, dietary preferences, allergies, nutritional concerns, measurements, meal plans and progress you enter. It keeps a browser copy; when account syncing is available, it also saves your planner document to your account. Check the planner’s save status before assuming a change has synced. The protein-shake builder currently saves its settings in this browser, not across devices.

Use only information needed for the tool. These features are not medical records or a clinical service. Anyone who can access your browser profile may be able to access locally saved information. Clearing browser data removes the local copy but does not by itself delete server-side account data.

Site operation and activity records

For signed-in accounts, the site can record sign-in and sign-out events, tool activity, page paths, browser information and recent activity timestamps for account administration. Authorised site administration can access account and activity records. Private planner data is not offered to sponsors as an advertising audience or lead list.

The site uses Vercel hosting and Web Analytics. Service requests and analytics can involve technical information such as the requested page, device and general location. A separate people-on-site feature uses a random identifier and a recent timestamp to display an aggregate count; it does not display a public list of visitor identities.

Service providers and external content

Providers involved in delivering the site may include Vercel, Supabase, our configured email service and image hosts. Embedded country flags load from FlagCDN, while other pages may load photos or illustrations from external image services. Those requests expose ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to the service receiving the request. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and advertising

Account features use session cookies and tools may use browser storage. This comparison release does not activate Google AdSense or a new advertising network. Before introducing advertising, we will update the relevant information and add any consent controls required for the intended markets. Browser controls let you manage cookies and local storage, although disabling them may affect account and saved-tool features.

Affiliate links

Commercial relationships, if introduced, must be identified near the affected content. The new comparison collection has no paid placements or affiliate links. Read our editorial and commercial disclosures. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

For account access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@restoreshots.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. You can also use any unsubscribe link provided in a newsletter. Removing an account, clearing local storage and unsubscribing from email are different actions; tell us which you need.

Account and operational records are kept to provide and administer the service, subject to applicable requirements and provider backup cycles. We do not promise an instant deletion of every backup copy. Contact us for information about your specific request. This page describes site features; it is not a claim of legal certification.
