Ingredients
1 serving- 3/4 cupcold brew coffee, or chilled strong coffee
- 1frozen banana
- 1 scoopvanilla whey or plant protein
- 2 tbsprolled oats
- 1/4 cupmilk of choice
- 1/4 tspcinnamon
- 1/2 cupice
Step-by-step instructions

Add coffee, milk, oats and protein. Blend for 15 seconds.

Add banana, cinnamon and ice. Blend on high for 45 seconds until frothy.
